Energy Adviser Training

This is for Energy Champions or people that would like to become Energy Champions and help out on the ESC energy advice desk, or by giving advice at events.

This module from the Big Energy Saving Network is designed to provide you with information to help you assist vulnerable householders to take steps to reduce their energy costs by switching tariff, supplier or payment method and checking whether they are eligible for other assistance. Once you have successfully completed the course and the short multiple choice quiz, you can gain an accredited Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certificate.
