Energy training workshop

We’re getting crafty with energy advice

This winter we’ve been busy organising energy training workshops for local people. Workshop attendees learn how they can reduce the cost of energy. This may be by changing energy supplier and reducing energy consumption.

Last month we visited the Queen Bees group at Ore Community Centre and took along a draught excluder craft kit.

Members of the group were happy to chat about their energy consumption as well as issues they were having with their bills.

Working in Ore

As a result of running this workshop we hope the Queen Bees will join one of our popular solar charger making workshops.

Our training workshops in Ore are part of the Climate Active Neighbourhoods project which is funded by the EU.
