Energise Sussex Coast, Transition Town Hastings and other local groups are running a nine-day festival focusing on sustainable initiatives across Hastings and St Leonards.
We need your help!
We are asking local groups, individuals and businesses to get involved. From Saturday 21st-Sunday 29th September 2019, create your own sustainable event or activity and we’ll promote it in our programme. It can be private or public and should follow the theme this year: “What we can do” to make a difference to our planet
We welcome all ideas. Here’s some inspiration:
• Switch the lights off/switch to
• Giving up plastic for a month.
• Planting some vegetables.
• Walks and cycle rides.
• Litter picks and tackling plastic waste
